The overall experience was painless, Nick’s experienced team were on hand to take delivery of the vehicle at 9:00am and the service and replacement brakes discs and pads were all replaced by 15:00 the same day as my wife had to collect the vehicle.

Nick made sure he called me to advise of the cost each step of the way so there was no confusion.

In addition, I had been told by a Kia main dealer that we had major issues with our handbrake and that the cost to repair this would be in excess of £750. Nick advised that there is no issue with our handbrake and has therefore saved me hundreds of pounds, which of course makes me very happy!

I got another flat tyre on my car approx. 12.30pm, called Nick immediately and discussed my options. Within 5 minutes Nick had called me back and told me a tyre was on the way and would be there by 4pm. He told me to head on over and he would give me a loan car till the tyre was there.

As is usual with LE Cramer, they send you a text message when things are done, and duly I got one @4.15pm saying that the car was ready, not bad seeing as the tyre was only supposed to be there @4pm. Anyway, as usual, the work was carried out professionally and the price of the tyre was better than my usual supplier. Big thanks to Nick for helping me out of a tough situation so quickly today, I owe him bigtime!

I dropped the vehicle off as arranged @ 9am and I was informed that I would be contacted when the vehicle was ready.

In the afternoon, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was ready and was also given a summary of the parts needed and work done.

The necessary work needed to pass the MOT test had been completed and the invoice detailed areas of work that should overtime be addressed.
